Technical requirements
GetOrganized is built and designed to improve your SharePoint experience from the end-user to the administrator.
GetOrganized automates search configuration and site collection creation so there is no need to manage this manually or by scripts, as it will be done via the content creation process and configuration that GetOrganized is built to manage.
GetOrganized consists of a set of SharePoint solution packages that are installed on SharePoint, and for full benefit, a set of client components can be installed on the users’ desktop machines or citrix/RDP in order to get easy access to data from Office, Outlook and print.
GetOrganized contains 4 optional client plug-ins:
- Office plug-in (open/save documents directly from Office)
- Outlook plug-in (save in- and outbound directly from Outlook)
- Browser Extension (for Edge/Chrome) for drag'n'drop email filing with metadata from Outlook App to the SharePoint web user interface
- Print component (prints documents directly from the SharePoint/GetOrganized user interface)

All plug-ins are built for Microsoft Windows. If you are using Apple/Mac with Office for Mac, you can use GetOrganized in the Safari browser and rely on the standard integration with Office for Mac and SharePoint server.
Mobile devices
GetOrganized is optimized for mobile by a responsive user interface in a browser. Meeting material and flows are supported on a dedicated app for iPad: GetOrganized Meetings/Møder – available in Apple Appstore:
